Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Nantwich is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Nantwich, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription services. Our services are available to eligible patients residing in the United Kingdom.
To use our services, you must:
We reserve the right to decline any consultation or prescription request where we determine it is not clinically appropriate or safe to do so. Providing false or misleading information in your medical questionnaire may result in immediate termination of services and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescriptions issued through our service are subject to a clinical assessment by a qualified, GPhC-registered prescriber. The issuing of a prescription is entirely at the clinical discretion of our team. A prescription will only be provided where it is deemed safe, appropriate, and in your best interest.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following any consultation. If you are declined, you will be notified and, where appropriate, advised to consult your GP.
Prescriptions issued by us are valid for use only through our pharmacy service unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed clearly before checkout.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is via a tracked postal or courier service.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Medications will be packaged discreetly and securely in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items if applicable.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed and dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to offer a refund under UK medicines regulations, as medication cannot be re-used or resold once it has left our pharmacy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Consultation fees, where charged separately, are non-refundable once the clinical review has been completed, regardless of prescribing outcome.
Our service is not a substitute for your regular GP or emergency medical care. Information provided on our website is for general guidance only and does not constitute personalised medical advice.
If you experience a medical emergency, call 999 immediately. If you have concerns about your health or medication, contact your GP or call NHS 111.
We are not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by the patient during consultation.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
